The products that will get you ‘that glow’…

Achieve that healthy glow, without a makeup product in sight…

I am a firm believer in the idea that we all deserve to glow and our skin is something that is unique to us as individuals, so we should look after it the best we can. I truly believe that if you look after and love your skin, it will love you back! That’s why this post is going to be featuring skincare products because, as much as I love applying endless amounts of highlighter, it’s not for everyone!

As someone with combination skin, I do have oily areas that are sometimes hard to control. There is a very fine line between looking radiant and looking greasy but there are products out there that make taming these troublesome spots easier. Whether you have dry, oily or combination skin, if you want to glow, you should be able to and no amount of ‘mattifying’ products will tell me different!

Charlotte Tilbury Brightening Youth Glow, £38.50

This can be used as a primer or as an extra step to your skincare routine to achieve a healthy glow. This is described as a ‘glow booster’ that also has anti-ageing and colour-correcting properties. The moment I applied this I had the dewy skin I always strive to have, what’s not to love?

Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Radiance Balm, £5.99

I use this as a moisturiser after toning and I love that it is so light and sits beautifully on the skin. It helps to bring out your skins natural glow and just shows that you don’t need to spend unrealistic amounts to achieve it.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold, £33.50

This product is no joke, the moment you put it onto the skin you feel the glycolic acid getting to work. You wake up with smooth, fresh looking skin that has been retextured overnight, a product that really does let you say ‘I woke up like this!’

L’Oreal Glow Scrub, £9.99

If you don’t use an exfoliator, it’s very hard for your skins natural glow to be able to shine through. This scrub is perfect because it isn’t too harsh and also has grapeseed oil to brighten and nourish the skin.
